The Lake Mountain Club is a privately-owned amenity

 that exclusively serves the communities that surround Big Boulder Lake

and Ski Area.  The private club facilities include two outdoor pools,

tennis courts, sailboats, paddleboats, canoes, sandy beach area,

 playground, hiking, and fishing.  The regular season begins

 Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day.
